How to Use Calling Cards

In order to make outside calls you will need to either purchase one of Masterpoints £10 calling cards from your Residence Office or open an online account at www.ringring.me.uk.

You will need to follow these instructions each time you make a call

• Dial 123 from any residential telephone.
  
  
• Enter the pin number that is shown on the card.
  
  
• At the tone dial the number you require.
  
  
• If after this call you would like to make a follow on call, press ## and then the number you require.

Prepaid Web Accounts

An alternative to purchasing phone cards is to open an online telephone account at: www.ringring.me.uk This enables you to manage your telephone account online and :

• Add funds to your account using a credit or debit card.
  
  
• Get 15% off the standard published calling rates.
  
  
• View your call and payment history.
  
  
• Set up speed dial numbers

Once you have opened your account dial 121 to access it.
