If you still cannot get on line please check you are not running via a proxy server. To check, open your internet and do the following:

(Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools | Internet Options)
|
|
|
|
|
Then select Connections | LAN Settings...
|
|
|
|
|
And please ensure this box is unticked
